One after the other, we have to bid them goodbye. It broke my heart everytime. One past twilight, I came home with a fuzzy fog colored pup curled on the floor. I was met by a pair of almond eyes. They were transparent light blue - like a liquid moonbeam from a blue moon. Beautiful. Gentle. But he looked through me. I reminded my son of the rules, and he promised that he would keep him in my queendom for at least three days. He said that it was given to him by a friend.
